Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Qualified Chef in a pub or restaurant environment
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on quality, presentation, and creativity
- Leadership abilities to inspire and assist in mentoring a kitchen team, fostering collaboration and excellence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively coordinate kitchen operations when on shift
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
