The Quality Assurance Administration Officer will support both the Quality Assurance and Post-Harvest teams in the day to day operations in a professional work environment.
The position is permanent, based on a 38-hour work week.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Specific training will be provided.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Training Program: Administer the training program for all personnel at the manufacturing site. Ensuring individuals training requirements are current for the duties they perform.
- Document Control: Maintaining documents including policies, procedures, protocols and records including version control, reviewing and publishing of same. Filing and archiving of documents physically and electronically.
- Record Review: Auditing of quality records for compliance with good documentation practices.
- Release: Batch approval of items for use in the GMP suite including finished product packaging.
- Validation: Participating in qualification activities, recording of data.
- General Quality Assurance: Participate and contribute to change controls, Corrective and Preventative Actions, Risk Assessments, Non-conformance investigations, complaints. Assisting with different tasks to support overall company needs.
Qualifications & Experience / Skills
- Senior School Certificate (year 12 or equivalent)
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel
- Achieve goals consistently and efficiently
- Work thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance
- Effective people skills and good communication both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in team environments
- High level of attention to detail, dependable, professional, and has good time management skills
- Legible hand writing
Medcan Australia requires a current National Police Check (completed within one month of commencement) and a medical fitness statement to be supplied prior to employment. Other assessments will need to be completed as part of the application process.
