Quality & Compliance - Multi-Site | Residential Aged Care

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a good understanding of the Aged Care sector and Quality Standards to assume an influential role within a well-respected provider.
This Quality & Compliance role will allow you to use your knowledge of Aged Care and help others achieve higher clinical and operational performance.
This organisation has a well-developed Quality framework and has invested heavily in the compliance of their homes. Your role will be to reinforce this work, drive continuous improvement, and maintain the new standards.
As an experienced professional, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy to focus on the homes within a large region covering homes from Cairns to Toowoomba that you determine need additional support.
The role will require travel to locations covering regional and rural QLD. Expect weekly travel to the likes of Cairns, Townsville, Longreach or Toowoomba.
If you feel your analytical skills are not being fully utilised, and you have an inquiring mind, this could be an excellent progression for your career.
The successful candidate will likely have at least three years of experience as a Care Manager or in a similar Group role such as Governance or Quality and experience with conducting audits.
