Join Our Clients Team as a Quality & Compliance Officer!
Are you passionate about ensuring high standards of quality and compliance? Our Client, (RTO) is seeking a dedicated individual to assist their Quality & Compliance Manager in maintaining their exceptional standards.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in Compliance Team Meetings to coordinate weekly tasks, provide/receive feedback, and address any incidents or issues.
- Assist in pre-course paperwork review, including LLN assessments, and communicate any needs to trainers.
- Input enrolment data into our student management system and manage student identification records.
- Conduct Quality & Compliance Checks on post-course paperwork, including scanning and sending documents.
- Handle printing and distribution of Statements, Certificates & Work wallet cards.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as reprinting certificates and managing phone enquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities.
- Actively participate in professional development and team building activities.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in administration and information management systems.
- Demonstrated administration skills with internal and external clients.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to change.
- Trainer Profile, 3rd party co provider management, pre course and post, general internal audits.
- Qualifications/Certificates/Licences
- TAELLN411 - Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills (desirable).
- Valid Driver's Licence.
