A Quality Coordinator role, built for you 

As a Quality Coordinator at Built, you’ll be an integral member of our project teams delivering work across all built-forms ranging from $100K to $1 billion.

Our Quality Coordinators are across all aspects of our projects and collaborate with all stakeholders make sure everyone succeeds.

The NSW Construction team are currently involved in multiple projects ranging from $100M to $1 billion, with an enthusiastic individual invited to join the team immediately.

The successful candidate will implement the Built Quality Management System (QMS), provide ongoing project team quality support, audit and monitor quality performance of your own portfolio of construction projects.

Role & Responsibilities:

Project Quality Start-up

• Brief the project teams on the QMS along with their quality obligations/responsibilities
• Work with the project teams to identify project specific high-risk trades and quality controls
• Work with the project teams to identify contractual quality deliverables
• Schedule internal audits with your portfolio of construction projects and Subcontractors

Project Support and Performance Monitoring

• Coordinate Quality High Risk workshops focusing on high-risk trades at key project milestones 
• Monitor quality control status throughout project lifecycle
• Provide guidance and support to the projects in your portfolio on all quality matters
• Conduct internal audits on your project portfolio
• Conduct Subcontractor and Consultant audits on your project portfolio
• Assist the project teams to manage non-conformances
• Assist the project teams to minimise and manage defects

Continual Improvement

• Work together with the national quality team to identify continual improvement opportunities for both the QMS and high-risk trade quality controls
• Liaise with subject matter experts and Consultants on technical quality matters
• Drive quality culture through your portfolio of construction projects
