Take the reins as the custodian of our Quality Systems, ensuring every aspect of our Laverton site meets regulatory and customer standards with finesse. This role will see you responsible for the delivery of best-in-class quality processes, aligning your efforts with our broader business objectives for unparalleled success.
Please note: This is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguard our quality system and documentation with precision and care, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Bring your A-game in food safety and Quality Systems, providing invaluable insights to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Lead the charge in managing both internal and external audit programs, food safety pre-requisite programs, turning challenges into triumphs at every turn.
- Provide technical expertise on Food Safety & Quality systems and facilitate effective problem solving/investigations on quality issues.
- Tackle quality issues head-on, fostering collaboration with stakeholders onsite and off to bridge any gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of quality performance, managing KPIs and reporting to keep us on track for greatness.

- With your degree in Food Technology, Science, or related fields, you're primed and ready to make your mark in quality management.
- Prior experience in document control and database management? Check! Your meticulous attention to detail sets you apart from the rest.
- Your intimate knowledge of YUM, FSSC, ISO standards, GMP, and HACCP principles ensures our operations are always top-notch.
- You can harness the power of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI systems to drive us towards excellence at every opportunity.
