An integral part of our warehouse team and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role is the ‘go to’ for all non-conformity and quality issues in the warehouse and will guarantee you no two days the same! 
Core responsibilities include;
-Working in partnership with the warehouse and quality teams to reactively and proactively identify and address defects and non-conformities on purchased parts
-Plan and organise activities and resources during the issue management to reduce downtime and flow on effects to the production line
-Escalate and provide solutions for ongoing non-conformities
-Take a hands-on approach to inbound inspections of parts/packaging and stock levels in conjunction with logistics and quality teams
 
About you
-You have experience and enjoy working in a similar role within a fast paced, quality or production environment (your role may not have been identical but we're looking for similar tasks and skills you used)
-You are hands on, able to work quickly but also pragmatically and enjoy working with others
-Have a good understanding of the impacts a ‘small issue or defect’ can have and are passionate about leading the way in high quality outputs
-A keen eye for detail and ability to read key documents, allowing you to assess quality and accuracy of stock and parts against expected forecasts and criteria
