Rapid Response Security Officer (Bank)

THE POSITION

You will be responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and security threat focused team. You will be responsible for providing a strong security presence to deter non-compliant behaviour, customer service to staff and customers, good communications skills, build strong relationships with client staff, local law enforcement. This position is on a Monday to Friday roster working day shifts.

Your duties will include:
- Respond professionally, and promptly to all security threat incidents, client and customer enquiries
- Provide security, static guarding and patrol coverage on site
- Respond to security emergency incidents and liaise with client management, emergency services personnel
- Escort staff and customers where required
- Incident report writing skills
- Incident escalation skills
- Maintain physically fitness required to perform duties

Our ideal applicants will have:
- A valid NSW security licence
- A valid first aid certificate
- Prior experience in bank branch security work is highly desirable
- Solid incident response and management skills
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Confidence in dealing with security threats and non compliant customer incidents
