As part of a long-standing, high-profile office it is important for our next front office manager / sales administrator to have good personal skills, an ambition to grow within the role and a strong desire to support the team.
Our extremely busy Real Estate Team are on the lookout for an experienced Administrator to work along side our team 5 days a week assisting them with their daily duties.
This role ideally would be suited for someone wanting to work every Monday to Friday in our Beenleigh office between the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm.
Tasks include but not limited to are:
• Prepare prelist/appraisal presentation documents
• Process new Form 6’s
• Follow listing procedures from pre-market to on-market status through to under contract or
withdrawn status
• Ordering signboards/requesting removals
• Preparing all contract documentation
• Prepare/organise auction and OFI boxes
• Prepare, print and post all Just Listed and Just Sold letters
• Prepare/print/order all other property marketing materials incl social media campaigns
• All other in-house mail outs/merges as required
• Prepare vendor reports as requested
• Entering weekly OFI’s
• Issuing entry notices/Form 10’s/tenant consent forms when required
• Prepare office weekly email via ActivePipe
• Sending documents via DocuSign as requested
• Daily mail pick up/drop off
• Data entry/database management as required
• Anniversary card preparation when required
• Stationery monitoring/ordering when required
• General office tidying
• All other general ad hoc administration duties for sales team
• Reception duties as required
• Assist with staff onboarding/offboarding as required
• Liaise with admin team on a regular basis/assist when required
• Attend weekly admin meetings
Skills for the role would include:
*Previous office administration experience is essential
*Real Estate Industry experience
*Previous CRM experience
*Must have meticulous attention to detail
*Excellent time management & organisation skills are essential
*Must be team focused and flexible and adaptable
