IC Realty, a dynamic Real Estate agency in Chatswood, is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to agents, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate agent.
- Maintain and organise Real Estate documents, contracts, leases, and agreements in a secure and efficient manner (both physical and digital).
- Prepare marketing materials, flyers, and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Process and manage paperwork associated with Real Estate transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organised office environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Real Estate or fast-paced office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach.
- Real estate experience a plus.
