If you have 6 months of reception experience/current QLD Real Estate Certificate and a friendly, outgoing personality, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- General property management admin duties such as leasing applications, routine inspection and tenant viewings
- Office duties
- Opportunities to expand your talents and work along side industry leaders in property management
- Greeting all guests and assisting with initial enquiries
- Must hold QLD Real Estate Certificate
- A very well presented person who has a friendly, articulate and an enthusiastic outlook
- An amazing communicator with excellent computer and written skills
- Previous experience in administrative role
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills for basic programs, word, outlook and excel
Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 5:00 pm
Salary:
Up to $60,000 plus superannuation (depending on experience)
