We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Real Estate transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Manage all administrative aspects of Real Estate transactions
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with sales agents, contractors, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Complete and process contracts
- Accounting tasks including but not limited to; invoicing, reconciliations and adhering to legislative compliance
- Ensuring superior levels of service are maintained in day to day operations
- Displaying a high level of autonomy and accountability to your customers
- Developing strong rapport with the friendly and supportive colleagues around you
The selected candidate will be able to demonstrate an eagerness to learn, basic knowledge of, or an interest in the Real Estate industry and most importantly have a positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
