The ideal residential Sales Agent will excel in the following areas:
- Conducting Open Homes
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, purchasers and solicitors
- Preparing documents for market appraisals and conducting market appraisals
- Prospecting properties
- Liaising with solicitors/conveyancers
Working alongside record-breaking Sales Agents you must have the following skills and attributes:
- At least 2 years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Ability to work individually as well as a team
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration/Licence
- Strong local market knowledge
