Job tasks and responsibilities
1. List Residential properties for sale
2. Supervise the execution of Contracts Of Sale & Associated documentation.
3. Prepare Advertisement for property
4. Deal with Enquiry and show properties
5. Maintain regular close contact with client on an exclusive agency agreement
6. Prepare property reports
7. Prepare marketing proposals
8. Deal with all correspondence in relation to properties under Exclusive Agency
9. Maintain the database of listings and contacts
10. Follow the client contact system
11. Complete the area report weekly
12. Attend all training sessions as directed by the Principal
13. Apply all procedures required of this role.
14. Prospecting future listings and clients
Skills and experience
1. Sales experience not essential for the right 'style' of person
2. Ability to think quickly
3. Ability and willingness to develop and manage a database of contacts
4. Able to ''Close''
5. Certificate of Registration
6. Local area knowledge
