Sales Assistant to the Principal/Lead Agent

The Role:
This is a supportive role which involves all aspects of residential property sales. It is a fast paced role involving a range of tasks, including but not limited to;
- Data entry and management
- Prospecting and Lead generation activities - including preparing letters, reports, proposals and prospecting material
- Cold Calling
- Following up the status items from meetings with the Principal
- Prepare CMA's and vendor reports
- Responding to buyer enquiries, buyer matching and buyer call backs
- Attend open homes and private appointments
- Attend building and pest inspections and bank valuations as required
- Assisting the Principal as required
- Manage the sales process including post sale through to settlement
- Maintaining strong ongoing relationships with clients, creating clients for life
- Assist in managing any presale activity for properties before they go to market (i.e Book photography, video and styling appointments and arranging pre-sale property maintenance when required)

- Excellent verbal and written communication and attention to detail with grammar

- Appropriate corporate attire and a professional demeanour
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft office and computer literacy with necessary software (including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems etc..)
- Previous Real Estate experience in a similar role mandatory
- Ability to work autonomously whilst supporting team goals
- A positive can-do attitude is a must

As a minimum to be successful you MUST have a QLD salespersons certificate of registration, drivers licence and reliable car
