Reporting to the Directors, we would like to hear from estate agents currently based in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne looking for a change and wanting to work within a boutique Real Estate agency offering a distinct point of difference from its competitors.
Due to recent growth, we are seeking to employ an experienced & exceptional Real Estate Sales Executive with a proven track record of successful results to help continue to drive and grow the company.
The successful applicant will possess as a minimum the following attributes :

- Immaculate personal presentation and well groomed
- Sound knowledge of the local area and current Real Estate market trends
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with previous familiarity in operating an existing CRM Programme
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Available to work autonomously and without direct supervision
- Is committed to working overtime or additional hours ( where required ) to get the job done
- Wants to build and develop their career in Real Estate Sales through additional ongoing training
- Holds a current Victorian Driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
- Holds a current Agent Rep Certificate ( minimum requirement ) or Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent
The Role :
Working collaboratively and alongside the Directors, your duties as a Real Estate Sales Executive shall be inclusive but not limited to:
- Preparation of accurate sales & rental CMA
- Collating and delivering professional in home listing presentations
- Being able to competently complete an Exclusive Sales/Auction Authority and Contract of Sale and understanding the legislation behind these documents
- All levels of enquiry management: receiving and promptly responding to all sales enquiries via email, phone and SMS
- Conduct professional open homes and private buyer appointments
- Prospecting activities to self generate leads: phone calls, letterbox drops, data base calls, door knocking, DL Cards, buyer letters, developing existing relationships. The successful applicant must be willing to conduct daily prospecting activities which shall be considered non negotiable in the role
- CRM and punctual appointment management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and Open inspections
- Negotiation: manage buyer offers, & liaise with purchasers and vendors
- Vendor Reporting / Internet Portal Reports / Buyer Call-backs & regularly collating and distributing various reports as needed
