The Role
We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Receival Point Operators (RPO) on a permanent, full-time basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.
This role requires movement between the Receival sites in Area 6 which includes Koorda, Cadoux, Kalannie, Goodlands, Wyalkatchem and Dowerin. You may be located in any of these towns or willing to relocate to apply for this vacancy.
Roster: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work (voluntary)
Accommodation: Available on site
Responsibilities include
Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain.
Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain.
Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain.
Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.
Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner.
About You
Hold an unrestricted and valid driver's licence with own reliable vehicle
Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical
Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration
Be able to work in a team environment and communicate well with peers
Live or be willing to relocate to a location in close proximity to the list above and the ability to travel between sites
