We cater to a diverse clientele, including major volume builders, international and domestic construction companies, as well as high-profile personalities from the worlds of sports and television. About The Role
As an Administrator at EnergyLab, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of our business, including Commercial, Volume Builder, and Residential projects. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of tasks, from setting up quotes to managing administrative emails.
This position is on-site with working hours from 9-3pm (Monday-Friday) at our Beaconsfield office location.
Key Responsibilities
Set up quotes and manage documentation
Compare plans and perform data entry tasks
Handle payment processing and manage administrative emails
Answer phones, direct calls/messages, and assist with general enquiries
Run errands and manage office supplies
Learn to read architectural plans
Compile and send reports
About You

What You Will Bring:
Previous experience in an administration role is preferred but not essential, full training will be provided
