We are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic administrator to join our award-winning team.
This position will be a busy and diverse role at our Lilydale & Croydon offices and will include a range of administration duties including:
- Opening and closing the office
- Answering all incoming calls and distributing messages
- Maintaining window and office displays
- Assisting with sale administration and advertising duties
- Other sales and property management administration tasks as required
Previous experience in the industry or in a similar role is favourable. Knowledge of Box + Dice & Real Hub would be highly regarded, as would strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Applicants must be well presented, highly organised and motivated, and maintain a professional veneer at all times. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to perform under pressure. You must have attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work both with direction and autonomously.
A current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate would be highly desirable, and a current Victorian Police check is a pre-requisite. This is a great opportunity for career progression.
