We seek a dynamic person to join our administration team in a reception/Administrative Support role. The successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and friendly attitude, excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and thrive in a supporting role.
This role is permanent full-time from 9.00 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
You will be our client's first point of contact, so a welcoming manner and being well-presented are essential. We seek someone who is passionate about building relationships and committed to promoting the company's best interests.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Mail duties (including scanning & filing).
- Reception services.
- Receipting payments.
- Maintenance of Outlook calendars and client appointments.
- Setup client in practice software.
- Office supply purchasing.
- Maintaining office appearance.
- Petty Cash and daily banking management.
You will have:
- Strong administration & telephone skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous Reception experience.
- Ability to multitask, handle deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Professional attitude and presentation.
- Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a proactive team player.
Desirable
- Experience in an Accounting firm.
