As our new Reception / Administrator, you will coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements and reception out of our Cairns office.
Operating in a busy environment, you will utilise your superb organisational skills and excellent customer service skills in order to provide high quality support to our support service team.
Responsibilities:
- Reception and meet and greet and over the phone/email.
- General administration functions, such as filing and records management.
- Providing admin support to our local team.
- Petty cash, corporate card, reconciliations.
Can you bring:
- Experience in a similar role or entry level skills

- Calm and well organised approach to your work
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable)
- Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening to start (we can help)
Benefits:
- Full-time, 6mth Fixed Term Contract + potential to extend.

- Salary range $51,170 /yr.
