Award winning builder located in Camberwell is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to provide support to their small friendly team.
Duties include:
Handling all enquiries via telephone and email
Performing clerical duties for staff as requested i.e. processing invoicing via MYOB, photocopying, filing, emails etc
Preparing documentation for jobs i.e. site surveys, soil reports, variation reports, building permits etc
Liaising with builders, draftsmen, councils, VCAT etc
Adhoc duties as requested by the manager
Skills:
Proficient computer operator i.e MS Office Suite, MYOB experience highly regarded
Excellent communication skills and personable nature
Multi-tasker with high attention to detail
Time management and problem-solving skills
You must be available to commence immediately working until 22 December 2022 and returning 16 January 2023. Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Note: Flexibility is available for the right person i.e. part time 4 days etc.
You must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa to be eligible to apply for this position.
