The Role
While the phone and foot traffic is quite minimal, this is a Reception based role, where you'll be the first point of contact for all visitors, and the central 'go-to' person for general office administration. Work closely with the delightful EA as you help organise social events for the team, maintain office supplies, process invoice payments and generally help keep the office ticking over smoothly on a day to day basis. Typical tasks will include:
- Welcome visitors at Reception (direct calls, receive deliveries etc)
- Process invoices (allocate to cost centre and purchase orders etc)
- Raise purchase orders
- Set up of new vendors
- Ad-hoc purchasing
- Maintain kitchen and stationery suppliers
- Coordinate catering for in-house events
- Help plan staff social events (ie. quarterly drinks, xmas party)
We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and engaged individual who loves the idea of being the central point of contact and back-bone of a busy team. You'll need to have similar Reception/Admin experience and will be proficient in MS Office Suite.
