What your day will look like.
- Efficiently manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Be our calendar Guru: Schedule appointments, manage meetings, and keep our team organised.
- Scheduling Savvy: Have a keen eye for timing and scheduling to book and manage travel arrangements for the onboarding team.
- Create an office oasis: Take ownership of and maintain a professional and organised work environment, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Tech-Savvy Support: Provide administrative support using various software programs.
- Client Care Champion: Assist with client inquiries and requests, fostering positive client relationships.
- Traffic and Stock controller: Assist with shipping and stock management in the Sydney space working with the warehousing team in Melbourne.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
- Always Learning: Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to excel in this dynamic role.
About You:
- Organisational-Star: You possess exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You're proficient in using various office software programs (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and are eager to learn new ones.
- Problem Solver: You can approach challenges with a calm and collected demeanour, finding solutions efficiently.
- Planning superstar: You’re comfortable juggling tasks for multiple teams and keeping travel and calendars up-to-date and everyone in the right place at the right time.
- Hospitality heart: Prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Communication Champion: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- People Person: You enjoy interacting with people and have a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Team player: Contribute to a collaborative team environment, willing to learn and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Ideally you will have worked in an admin/customer service role previously and are looking to step into on a more diverse role.
- Applicants must have an unrestricted ability to work in Australia.
