Step Up Supports is a registered disability company providing direct disability supports to those living with a disability in the community.
We have a large bank of casual staff and provide hundreds of support shifts each week.
We are seeking two new administrative staff for both communication/scheduling role and an administrative assistant role.
- Assist with phone communications on Reception and with filling shifts, this is a role that is rostering related.
- Assist with coordination of appointments for new interviews, staff appraisals and receptionist for our Staff and Client Servicing teams.
These roles are unique and customised to our own software and systems with training provided, however you will need to have a strong computer proficiency and be able to work with a high level of detail.
Preference to staff with disability or mental health experience.
We are basically seeking a Karen….. organised, ticking off lists, with a little bit of Becky sprinkled on top - after all no-one wants to be a Karen… all the time…
You will need to have a fantastic sense of humour, embrace inclusivity and have an open mind to the complexities of working within complex disability, including corrections.
