Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in a supportive and fun environment? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Reception/Administration Assistant.
As the heart of our practice, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities include:
- answering calls and managing enquiries
- liaising with clients, new and old
- some triage in mental health - support and training given
- using practice management software (Power Diary preferred)
- efficiently managing diaries and appointments for both our dedicated staff and valued clients
- admin tasks including filing, archiving, professional communication
- maintaining our social media presence to keep our community engaged
- fostering positive relationships with external referrers and professionals
- keeping our practice in tip-top shape.

Some familiarity with Medicare and NDIS processes is preferred but not essential. Mental Health First Aid Training desirable. These roles would suit a student looking for some experience in the medical or wellbeing field or those candidates looking for part time hours.
