Fisher Lane Mobility are leaders in providing quality equipment and service to the healthcare industry and to the general public. We offer sales, hire & repair across a range of products including wheelchairs, walkers, beds, scooters, aids to daily living, and much more!
The position is based in our Abbotsford location, close to multiple forms of public transport.
About the Position
The role will focus on all things customer service and includes greeting our customers in store, answering incoming calls and problem-solving issues as they arise.
Reporting to our Administration manager, you will be a collaborative member of our team and will work on a variety of tasks, so each day is different.
Our admin team is vibrant, fun, supportive and values-driven.
Full training will be provided along the way and we have a great team who will offer support and guidance when needed!
On a daily basis, you will:
- Greet customers face to face and assist as required
- Liaise with clients via phone and email, regarding new and existing orders
- Schedule delivery and collection of mobility equipment
- Provide product knowledge
- Resolve scheduling problems and proactively work towards finding alternative methods of meeting client needs
Who We Are Looking For
First and foremost, you know how to be a professional. You pay attention to the smallest details and can learn to do a quality job at a fast pace. We also need people who are proactive and can (and will) jump in when their colleagues need a helping hand.
Overall, we’re seeking people with:
- Prior administrative and/or customer service experience
- A high level of motivation, attention to detail & a sense of urgency
- A ‘can do’ attitude, with a wish to take pride in the company’s presentation and operational success
- The ability to work autonomously, and as an integral part of a team
- Highly computer literate and succinct in verbal and written English
- High volume non scripted call centre experience is a bonus but not essential
