This position is responsible for completing a diverse range of administrative activities to support the smooth and safe running of SG Fleet’s facilities as well as tasks supporting wider business operations. In doing so, the incumbent adopts a strong ‘customer service’ mindset to provide assistance and support a broad group of internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders. This position also plays a fundamental role in supporting employee engagement.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES…
• Meet and greet all visitors to SG Fleet’s office, ensuring they have registered in the login system and are well informed of relevant procedures while on SG Fleet’s premises
• Manage and direct all incoming telephone calls through the Reception call queue
• Attend to the sorting and distribution of all incoming/outgoing mail and couriers. Management of all records and archiving requirements
• Provide support with all facilities and Health & Safety related requirements
• Provide general administrative and processing support to the wider business
• Be responsible for security pass management, ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies. Support the maintenance of a safe and professional work environment.
• Assist facilitating employee engagement initiatives which can include events, catering etc.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE…
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• A clear focus on understanding the needs of internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Ability to provide efficient and accurate office administration services, in line with delivery expectations
• Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills
• Strong organisation & prioritization skills – meets specified deadlines & reports regularly on progress
