We have an opening for a Reception & Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
About your role
The Reception and Facilities Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for all visitors, maintaining the presentation of our head office reception area. Within this role you’ll provide coordination support to facility tasks and manage the day-to-day operations in the mailroom function ensuring that all mailroom tasks are provided in a timely, efficient and effective manner while delivering a high level of service to the business.
This is an ongoing part time position EA Grade 4, 0.8 FTE / 32 hours per week working Mondays to Wednesday and Friday. Our reception desk operates through our core business hours 8:30/9:00 – 17:30/18:00 Monday to Friday.
About you
As the successful candidate, you’ll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment
- Excellent presentation and a keen eye for detail
- Administration and Mailroom skills
- Highly developed customer experience focus
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Technical and professional capability with computer hardware and software
- Courteous, with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Friendly, adaptive, social, personable and patient
- Strong sense of accountability – taking ownership of tasks and services provided
Highly desirable
- Knowledge or exposure to purchase orders and invoicing
- Previous Mail room experience
- Outlook, Teams and software skills
- Knowledge in excel
