The Role:
- First point of contact for the business with customers, potential customers and business contacts
- Ensure excellent customer service is of the highest priority
- Take telephone enquiries and make telephone contact with customers
- Administration and preparation of repair quotes
- Sending and receiving emails
- Maintenance of customer files
- General office duties
The Person to fulfil this role:
- Minimum of Year 12 qualifications
- Has an attention to detail
- Is cheerful and friendly
- Is enthusiastic and motivated
