This is an excellent opportunity for a Reception Admin Superstar who enjoys responsibility and learning and loves working with people. This established training company enables people to commence and succeed in a real estate career. The ideal candidate will enjoy contributing, talking to and assisting adult students and making a difference to most parts of the business.
Duties include answering the phone in a bright manner, assisting with student queries, outbound calls, greeting visitors, answering and processing emails, database updates, creating files, assisting with training and enrolments administration and more.
You will need sound office/admin and computer skills, proficient in most areas of MS Office. Although not essential, any other skills in Xero processing or Adobe, Google Docs could be utilised.
To succeed in this role you will enjoy variety, including dealing with customers by phone and in person and it is essential your communication is clear, bright and confident. In addition to reception/administration experience, you will have a desire to learn more and will enjoy working and contributing within the team.
