Administration/Receptionist - GP Clinic (After Hours)

About the role

The Administration/Receptionists is an agile all-rounder with responsibilities including administrative, clerical and data activities associated with the services provided at Healesville Hospital GP Clinic. Duties of the role will include the provision of high quality and kind customer service including front line interactions with the public and staff via phone and face to face contact.  You will be joining a friendly, innovative team that is committed to delivering high quality care to our patients.  The focus of this role is supporting the After HoursGP Clinic which is open 6pm-8pm weekdays and 10am-5pm weekends/public holidays.

About you 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and reception
  • Advanced customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills including in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Highly developed communication skills- written and verbal
  • Role models the Eastern Health values
  • Positive approach and ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Desirable: experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft software.

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role.  An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
