Form of workMcCullochs Hydraulic Engineers currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist & Administration Support for our Bendigo (Epsom) office.
This role provides Reception and Administration support for the Sales Teams. Responding directly to customer needs and inquiries and provides clarity and a pathway towards understanding their needs. Acting as a touchstone for the organizations customer service and external stakeholder engagement.
This is a full time, permanent role working 7:30am - 4:00 pm.
We are looking for the following experience and attributes:
- Reliable with a good work ethic. Someone we can count on.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities. A primary function of this role will be to facilitate effective communication within and between teams.
- Experience with Accounts Receivable invoicing and similar transactions.
- Strong IT and computer literacy skills. Experience with Tencia will be highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate will possess their own reliable transport and a suitable license to drive it.
