About NECA Education & Careers
NECA Education & Careers is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and recognised Group Training Organisation (GTO) established in 1992 to service the Electrical Industry and allied Trades. Since then, we have morphed and developed into the largest employer of electrical apprentices in Victoria, and we are still the singular Electrical only RTO to have serviced the education for Pre-Apprenticeships, Apprenticeship and Post Apprenticeship studies cross the state.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for and assist the Student Services team in various administrative tasks and duties. These include, but are not limited to;
- Greet students and other stakeholders as they enter the campus
- Answering phone calls and other enquiries
- Answering emails, replying to enquires, and if unable to assist, then forward them onto the appropriate person
- Monitor and enter attendance
- Assist finance with student related needs
- Data entry and management of student files
- Stock management
- Record keeping and filing
About You
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and adapt to change
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills
- Can effectively prioritise tasks and handle confidential material
- Able to work independently as well as a part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Ability to identify situations or issues that need to be escalated/ redirected elsewhere
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to our culture of innovation and collaboration
About Our Culture

This is a full-time role in Carlton North, Melbourne. As we work with young people all applicants are subject to a Working with Children Check.
