Receptionist - 3 Days Per Week Casual (Maternity Leave 12 Months)

Are you studying part time and need secure casual employment in a stable office environment? we are looking for someone to cover Maternity Leave until May 2025

Friendly small team, busy office supporting 50 tenants and 200 Virtual clients.

Our serviced office centre in Crows Nest requires a receptionist to join our vibrant, professional team, for varying casual shifts starting in May. Work hours are 8.45am to 5pm /45 mins for lunch. Tasks include phone answering, greeting clients, parcel handling, meeting rooms, client bookings. This is an onsite position at our Crows Nest location.

Suitable Candidates will have :

• Enthusiasm and a good work ethic
• Basic computer skills/good written and spoken English/spelling 
• Good telephone manner and a love of giving customer service
• Excellent grooming  and reliability

Hourly rate is $24 - $30ph, depending on age and experience. Additional days when staff on leave.
