Plunkett Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Metro Team as a Receptionist.
This individual will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers who visit our office and interact with our business. An individual with a warm and welcoming nature, who is a clear and respectable communicator will be well suited to this position.

About the role
Daily duties will include:
Telephones
- Answering telephone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer enquiries either directly or by referral to the appropriate person.
Emails
- Answer and redirect emails in a timely manner.
- Print off faxes and distribute or forward by email.
- Responsible for all customer surveys, including following up and directing queries to the appropriate person.
General
- Welcome clients and visitors. Advise staff member of their arrival. Offer tea, coffee or water if appropriate.
- Office mail distribution
- Meeting rooms - managing bookings calendar and cleanliness of the rooms.
- Every day running of the front desk.
- General housekeeping tasks.
- General administration duties
- Communications officer for emergencies.
- Managing office supplies (stationery order)
There is also the opportunity to assist wit some contract admin work and further develop your skillset.
