Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming demeanour
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist clients with enquiries and provide information about our services
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
