An opportunity has become available for a motivated Receptionist to join our team.
We are looking for someone to join our team, who is proactive, confident with a professional manner as the first point of contact with CCK. In this full-time role, you will be able to juggle tasks and will work with a variety of people. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic and smile will make you stand out.
The Role
In this role, your daily activities will vary and no two days will ever be the same. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently attending to all incoming calls
- Conveying accurate messages, verbally and via email
- Managing meeting room bookings, setup and requests
- Taking pride in maintaining a clean and neat Reception area
- General administration, opening files, archiving, retrieving files
About You
- Must have experience in a Reception role
- Be well presented with a professional and friendly manner
- Proven attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft office suite
- Be proactive in your approach and have good problem solving skills
- Demonstrated integrity and business ethics
