We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join the team for a 6-week contract. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression on clients, visitors, and staff.Although this is initially a 6 week contract there may be opportunity to extend.About the role:
- Full-time permanent position
- Hourly Rate: $35.00 per hour + super
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5:00pm

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
- Relevant experience in reception or administration
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, are a must
- Comfortable using MS Office
- Results oriented with good problem-solving skills
- Ability to be flexible and reactive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and efficient organisation skills
