As the Receptionist, you will be the initial representation of the organisation to guests and visitors.

As the Receptionist, you will be the initial representation of the organisation to guests and visitors.
What will you do?
- Reception desk and all reception related duties
- Be visible in greeting and managing all visitors and guests
- Answer all telephone calls
- Prepare meeting rooms, including catering and coffee orders
- Maintain the front office area and related client meeting rooms in good order at all times
- Assist in the preparation & coordination of meetings rooms for alternate needs (i.e. special events, trainings, Town Halls, Corporate days etc.)
- Manage client and related meeting room bookings, including catering Coordinate overseas staff visits, including diaries, bookings and related events
- Prepare all procedural material and templates as required
- Provide suggestions for efficient execution and streamlining of tasks
- Support OH&S requirements
- Log Tenancy work requests
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- 2-5 years' relevant experience
- Excellent telephone and reception skills
- High level of organisational skills
- Able to work independently
- Must be pro-active and a self-starter
- Efficiency in task completion and problem resolution
- Excellent attitude and display of all RBC Values
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to effectively multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
