- Support communications with various internal teams with admin
- Answer calls, direct, and greet visitors
- Manage office supplies, coordinate travel, assist in marketing, handle mail, and perform general admin tasks
- Schedule meetings, maintain reception, collection of employee info
- Liaise with various departments, including operations and corporate
Our client is looking for someone with extensive experience using Office 365. You will excel in multitasking and prioritize tasks efficiently, possessing excellent communication and organizational skills.
