Position: Receptionist
Location: Cotton Tree/ Maroochydore
Employment Type: Permanant part time
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with orthodontists and dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dental software and office management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
