You will be a superstar across Reception and Customer Service within a fast paced environment. With fantastic, bubbly and outgoing customer service skills, your goal is to ensure each call and email enquiry counts!
Your core responsibility will be to ensure the customers experience, whether on the phone or visiting the offices, is both positive and one to be remembered! Achieve this and you are succeeding in your role.
Your cores duties will include:
- Receiving and transferring Calls
- Taking messages in an accurate manner
- Acknowledging and distributing emails
- Welcoming clients to the office
- General administration duties
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Customer Service
- Current drivers license and transport
- Confident computer skills - MS Office
- Professional image and communication skills
