The Opportunity
We are looking for a receptionist to join the Sydney office of HWL Ebsworth. This is a great opportunity to engage with our esteemed clients and key business partners, serving as the firm's public representative an initial point of contact. Day to day you'll find yourself busy with:
- greeting clients and visitors upon arrival and offering assistance as needed;
- assisting with the coordination of functions and events;
- arranging meeting room bookings and IT set-up;
- managing deliveries and dealings with building management;
- handling all enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
To succeed in this role, you might have:
- a warm and friendly demeanour in person and over the phone;
- preferrable you'd have experience working in a law firm;
- passion for high level service and professionalism;
- strong initiative and ability to work autonomously;
- exceptional communication skills and comfort engaging with all levels;
- experience representing professional services is advantageous.
