We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and incoming clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Handle all inquiries and provide information about services, policies, and procedures
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on urgency
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed
- Assist with the intake process, including collecting necessary documentation and inputting data into the system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide administrative support as needed
- Minimum 2+ experience as a receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
