Description
- Meeting and Greeting Clients and Visitors
- Answering and transferring all phone calls to appropriate department
- Email inbox management
- Organising and managing meeting rooms
- Maintaining presentation of reception area, meeting rooms and extended office area
- Document Management: archiving, filing, photocopying, mail management
- Updating and managing appointment calendars
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- General administrative duties
- Administrative support to colleagues when required
- Supporting the organisation and set up / pack down of Workshops and Events
Profile
- Previous experience in Receptionist role required
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Organised with great time management skills
- Punctual with Excellent Attendance Record
- Ability to multitask and work in varying environments
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work independently and be self-directed
- Positive contribute to supportive team environment
- High level of attention to detail
