About the opportunity:
Due to growth in the business, we have restructured our Operations Team and have created a dedicated Receptionist role to deliver an exceptional front of house experience for our valued clients.
We are ideally seeking a permanent full-time candidate, however we are open to candidates seeking part-time hours.
Reporting to the Corporate Services Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- Handling all incoming phone calls and triaging client needs
- Providing a warm welcoming experience to all clients on arrival
- Maintaining clean and tidy meeting rooms and office facilities
- Diary management and support of Legal and Management Team
- Booking couriers, managing post and running other general errands
- Supporting with data entry into Legal CRM system
- Coordinating social functions including arranging bookings and catering
- Other general office administrative duties
About you:
- At least 12 months in a similar role
- Well presented, friendly with strong customer service skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for administration/reception
Salary & benefits:
- Base salary $54,000 + Super
