Experienced receptionist required to join the administration team in a psychology practice. Medical reception experience preferable.

The role will include;
As the successful receptionist, you will be operating the front desk of the clinic as the first point of contact for all questions and enquiries. Joining our admin team, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- A strong focus on customer service with an excellent telephone manner
- Answering incoming calls and allocating and responding to emails
- Greeting clients and register clients according to established protocols
- Booking appointments
- Maintaining levels of office supplies
- Issuing clients with invoices and taking payments
- Scanning, entering and updating information onto the database
- Completing other clerical duties as assigned
- Ensuring reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Safeguarding client privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Well-developed interpersonal skills
- The ability to identify and deal with issues pro-actively
- The discipline to independently follow tasks through to completion
- Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Be culturally aware
The position is for 2-days per week 9am – 5:15pm. You may also be required to fill in when another team member is on leave.
