We are a small Accounting Firm looking for a proactive, motivated and professional receptionist to work June to September during our busy tax return season. The role is for approximately 20 hours per week, with some Saturday work required.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a positive, welcoming manner.
- Booking and scheduling appointments.
- Answering phone and email inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate staff member when required.
- Perform clerical duties and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Monitor front desk and comply with security procedures and adhere to strict client confidentiality policies.
About you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail
- Passionate about your work and keen on working as a team to provide our clients with the level of service they are accustomed to.
- Previous reception/administration experience highly regarded but not essential.
