Our Client:

Are you ready to be the welcoming face of a distinguished brand known for its luxurious, high-quality tiles and stone? Our client, a prominent player in the industry, supplies these exquisite products to architects and designers engaged in large-scale commercial and residential projects. As part of their expansion due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their vibrant office in Stanmore on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your New Role:

In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the seamless operation of our office. Your diverse responsibilities will encompass:

• Provide a warm and professional reception by personally meeting and greeting clients visiting the office.
• Efficiently handle incoming calls and emails, acting as the primary point of contact. Redirect inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Organise and coordinate appointments with clients, facilitating visits to our exquisite showroom.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the Sales Team and Sampling Coordinator, providing administrative support.
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required.

About You:

• Previous experience in a Receptionist or Customer Service role is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive work culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
